SAP S/4HANA Transformation Lead

✔️ Lead and drive SAP S/4HANA transformation projects, including the full lifecycle from planning and design to implementation and post-go-live support.
✔️ Expertise in SAP S/4HANA migration strategies, including system conversion, landscape transformation, and greenfield implementations.
✔️ Strong experience in guiding clients through the process of business process reengineering, aligning business and IT objectives to ensure successful SAP S/4HANA adoption.
✔️ Proficiency in SAP Activate methodology for S/4HANA transformation, including managing project scope, timeline, resources, and risks to ensure smooth delivery.
✔️ Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments of current SAP ECC systems, identify areas for improvement, and create roadmaps for transitioning to SAP S/4HANA.
✔️ Experience in aligning SAP S/4HANA solutions with business requirements and best practices, ensuring that the implementation delivers maximum value.
✔️ Strong background in SAP S/4HANA functional areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Manufacturing, with the ability to integrate them into a cohesive transformation strategy.
✔️ Deep understanding of data migration strategies, including the use of SAP Data Services and other tools for seamless data transfer during the transformation process.
✔️ Proven track record in managing and coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring all aspects of the S/4HANA transformation project are executed on time and within budget.
✔️ Ability to engage with C-level executives, IT leaders, and business stakeholders to define clear objectives, manage expectations, and report on project progress.
✔️ Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP S/4HANA’s user experience design principles to drive the adoption of modern, intuitive interfaces during the transformation.
✔️ Strong communication skills in English and Dutch (additional languages are a plus), with the ability to deliver presentations and workshops to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
