SAP S/4HANA Project Manager

✔️ Expertise in leading end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within time, cost, and quality parameters.
✔️ Strong experience in managing cross-functional teams, working closely with business stakeholders and IT departments to align project goals with strategic business objectives.
✔️ Proficiency in planning, executing, and monitoring SAP S/4HANA projects, including scope definition, resource allocation, risk management, and milestone tracking.
✔️ Ability to oversee the full project lifecycle, from project initiation and planning to execution, testing, and post-implementation support.
✔️ In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules, including Finance (FI/CO), Supply Chain (MM, SD), Production (PP), and their integration with other systems.
✔️ Expertise in driving digital transformation through SAP S/4HANA adoption, ensuring business processes are optimized and aligned with industry best practices.
✔️ Proven experience in managing project risks, resolving issues, and mitigating challenges to keep the project on track and within budget.
✔️ Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and guide project teams, ensuring high performance and collaborative efforts across all functions.
✔️ Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to adapt the approach based on project needs and organizational requirements.
✔️ Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology for SAP S/4HANA implementations and the ability to manage the implementation of best practices.
✔️ Experience in managing change management efforts, including communication, training, and user adoption, to ensure smooth transition to SAP S/4HANA.
✔️ Proficiency in SAP Solution Manager, Microsoft Project, JIRA, or other project management tools for efficient project tracking and reporting.
✔️ Strong communication skills in both English and Dutch (additional languages are a plus), with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
