What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Implementing and configuring SAP CRM solutions tailored to business needs
✔️ Analyzing customer interaction workflows and translating them into optimized SAP CRM processes
✔️ Integrating SAP CRM with other modules such as SD, MM, and external platforms
✔️ Supporting campaign management, service requests, and sales operations through CRM
✔️ Providing training, documentation, and post-implementation support
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven experience as an SAP CRM Consultant with expertise in service, sales, or marketing modules
✔️ Strong knowledge of SAP CRM architecture, configuration, and integration
✔️ Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP C/4HANA is a plus
✔️ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills
✔️ SAP CRM certification is a plus
